📋 Description

• Contact utility companies in the US and activate or shut off utility services • Coordinate with internal and external teams to obtain documentation required for utility activations • Track and pay monthly utility bills • Pay deposits when required and obtain refunds once services are deactivated • Work directly with executive leadership on developing and organizing financial strategy for different lines of business • Support technologies and services for the mortgage and real estate industry

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (Essential) • Flexible to work in rotational/night shift (Essential) • Strong verbal and written communication skills (Essential) • Ability to work independently with high level of focus on detail (Essential) • Ability to maintain a high rate of accuracy and productivity • Ability to multitask and function under deadlines in a fast paced environment • Overall 0-5 years of work experience • Good communication and interest in the US Mortgage process for freshers • Previous experience in Mortgage Services (Desired) • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Desired) • Basic knowledge about US Mortgage
