📋 Description

• Review and analyze reported content, user activities, and potential violations for compliance with platform policies • Perform employer verification, including KYC, data checks, and job hygiene • Enforce policies through warnings, job removals, account suspensions, or bans • Call users and employers to explain KYC requirements and policy violations • Guide users and employers on how to comply with policies • Identify trends related to fraud, hate speech, harassment, and other safety concerns • Collaborate with verification teams, customer support, and sales • Refine guidelines, workflows, and best practices to improve platform safety • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks set by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or risk management is preferred • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Excellent communication (English & Hindi required) and interpersonal skills, especially when handling a case with users • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions under pressure • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office tools • Laptop/Desktop with stable internet required • Immediate joiners preferred
