📋 Description

• Check Export payment Discount under Export/Import according to Bank internal policies and ICC guidelines • Lodge transactions in the processing system across Trade Finance business segments • Check documents against L/C or SBLC according to UCP/ISBP/ISP, ICC guidelines, and internal bank policies • Perform sanction checking of relevant parties in documents • Handle Commodity Trade Operations documents • Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising • Process Import, Export, and Guarantee transactions for commercial customers • Manage Internet Banking and Trade Finance systems, including development, enhancement, functional requirements, testing, and implementation • Act as first point of contact for system-related user problems • Ensure procedures comply with bank policies and guidelines • Manage customer complaints and take corrective or preventive action • Act as final checker of import/export bill documents and maintain consistent examination standards • Monitor efficient processing, service standards, quality, and turnaround time • Recommend actions relating to changes in law, ICC rules, government regulations, and bank policies • Lead a team and collaborate with onshore units and internal stakeholders • Participate in automation, process re-engineering, team huddles, and assigned projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Graduate with thorough and in depth understanding of Trade Finance products and functions • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experiences in Trade Operations • Trade experience of 3-4 years is a must • Preferably CDCS • Thorough understanding of Swift, Trade Finance and Financial Operating Systems • General Banking knowledge • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) • Attentive to details, strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills • Able to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player • Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience in General Banking and Trade Finance
