📋 Description

• Analyze end-to-end warehouse and supply chain processes, including receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory movements • Provide functional expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management and support the design, configuration, and optimization of warehouse management solutions • Work extensively with MRP processes, including material planning, demand and supply alignment, procurement requirements, production planning, and replenishment • Manage and optimize Inventory Management processes to improve stock accuracy, availability, utilization, and working capital • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from operations, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, manufacturing, and other business teams • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and system requirements • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired business outcomes and recommend practical technology-enabled solutions • Collaborate with technical teams, product teams, implementation partners, and vendors during solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Support system configuration, functional testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production implementation • Analyze operational data and system performance to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, inventory discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement • Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, process maps, requirement documents, and solution specifications • Support root-cause analysis of operational and system issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution • Participate in process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations • Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives, operational requirements, scalability, and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in operations, supply chain, warehouse management, business analysis, or enterprise solutions • Hands-on experience working with warehouse management and inventory processes • Strong exposure to MRP and material planning processes • Experience translating operational requirements into functional and technology solutions • Advanced Warehouse Management • MRP (Material Requirements Planning) • Inventory Management • Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain processes • Business process analysis and solution design • Requirements gathering and functional documentation • Experience working with ERP/WMS environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with system implementation, testing, and process optimization • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred
