• Develop new business with end-users, vendors, manufacturers, and channel partners (approximately 50% new business development) • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts within a defined regional territory • Meet with customers to structure financing opportunities and deliver tailored solutions • Promote financing programs and support existing channel/vendor relationships • Prospect through public forums, industry sources, and outbound outreach to establish new relationships • Deliver remote and onsite training presentations to customers and partners • Monitor competitive lease rates and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the market • Travel 20–30% as needed for customer meetings, trainings, and relationship development
• Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field • Experience: Account Manager: 1–2 years of equipment finance sales experience • Regional Account Manager: 5–7 years of sales experience in the equipment finance industry • Financial services/equipment finance/leasing experience is a plus • Proficiency with CRM software and pipeline discipline • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, performance-driven environment • Must be located in Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Tennessee, or Illinois.
