• Research and identify potential customers through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and industry research. • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage prospects and generate interest in AltScore’s solutions. • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and fit for our products. • Schedule and coordinate high-value meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track interactions and pipeline progress. • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and improve messaging. • Continuously learn and refine best practices for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification.
• 2+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or startups. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese as a plus). • Strong ability to engage and build relationships through outbound sales strategies. • A self-starter mentality with high motivation and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment. • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement platforms. • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work independently. • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and improving sales skills.
• Base Salary: $1,000 - $2,000 USD per month, depending on experience + commissions. • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): All employees are eligible from day one. • Unlimited PTO: We encourage taking at least 3-4 weeks off per year to maintain a healthy work-life balance. • Remote work: we are a fully remote company, and we encourage employees to work from wherever they are most comfortable and productive.
