• Responsible for all HR matters across the entire employee lifecycle • Manage day-to-day HR operations — from personnel administration and payroll to employment law matters • Primary point of contact for employees and managers • Develop existing HR processes and actively shape HR activities • Close collaboration with external payroll providers and tax advisors • Advise employees on salary, social insurance, taxes, and benefits • Organize and execute structured onboarding processes • Support managers with HR-related matters
• Completed vocational training or degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist • Strong knowledge of personnel administration and payroll processes • Experience with temporary employment/employee leasing (ANÜ) is a plus • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Structured, reliable, and independent working style • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach • Proficient with MS Office; knowledge of Personio is an advantage
