📋 Description

• Work in Customer Success, providing operational support and maintaining relationships with partner real estate agencies and tenants using the AlugaMais platform • Support partners throughout the platform onboarding and usage process • Monitor the stages of the rental process • Guide customers on contract signing and payments • Provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth and efficient experience • Contribute to operational quality and strengthen the relationship between AlugaMais, partner real estate agencies, and tenants

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Organized and communicative profile • Strong customer focus • Ability to work efficiently and follow established processes • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
