📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise brands and large organizations • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets • Lead strategic sales conversations with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial outreach through negotiation and contract execution • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders • Partner with executive leadership to support the company’s go-to-market strategy and target enterprise customer segments • Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal teams to incorporate market and client feedback into product development and strategy • Provide accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasting to leadership • Ensure a smooth handoff of closed deals to the client/onboarding team to support implementation and launch

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record of personally closing large, complex deals • Experience selling into large enterprise organizations and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes • Payments or financial services industry experience • Experience selling white-label, embedded, or platform-based solutions to enterprise clients is strongly preferred • Proven ability to build and manage a strong pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets • Strong consultative and relationship-driven sales skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and succinctly • Experience working cross-functionally with legal, product, and internal stakeholders to negotiate and close mutually beneficial agreements • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
