📋 Description
• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner • Make outbound follow-up calls to new and existing leads, including phone, email, and text • Conduct structured discovery conversations with families • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate services • Schedule assessments, enrollments, and next steps • Accurately document calls and outcomes in the CRM • Meet daily activity goals and monthly conversion targets
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of inside sales, call center, or lead conversion experience • Strong phone presence and communication skills • Comfortable with high call volume and consistent follow-up • Ability to follow scripts, workflows, and defined processes • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable • Experience in senior care is a requirement
