• Amazon is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate, satisfactory responses. • Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and general inquiries. • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience. • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is preferred. • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively. • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
