• Drive profitable growth and lead strategic customer development across the Private Label portfolio. • Develop and execute the European Private Label regional growth strategy in alignment with the Regional Commercial Leader. • Lead senior-level (“Top-to-Top”) customer relationships, negotiations, and long-term agreements. • Drive commercial alignment between Flexibles and Rigids, ensuring unified customer strategy and avoiding channel conflict. • Protect margin through full cost recovery (raw materials, FX, labor) and disciplined pricing actions. • Manage working capital performance, including AR, forecast accuracy, and inventory optimization. • Lead value engineering, productivity initiatives, and continuous profitability improvements.
• 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account Management or Commercial Leadership. • Proven oversight of large portfolios ($75M–$150M+ revenue). • Experience managing multi-regional customer or business structures. • Cross‑division exposure in both Flexibles and Rigids packaging preferred. • Private Label experience is preferred.
