📋 Description

• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, including individuals and groups • Analyze and research travel options and proactively anticipate traveler needs to sell additional services • Arrange and book domestic and international business travel involving air, road, rail, and accommodations • Use the Sabre Global Distribution System • Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements • Use positive telephone service techniques and respond to special customer requests • Collaborate with the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for excellence in client service, including proactive anticipation of needs • Native GDS expertise; Sabre preferred, with Amadeus or Galileo accepted • Professional written and verbal communication • Attention to detail • Integrity and ability to protect personal traveler information • Strong understanding of the travel industry, including business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations • Exposure to handling After Hours for the US, UK, and Canada is an advantage • Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently or with suppliers • Teamwork and openness to feedback • Availability for a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts • Ability to work scheduled hours between 8 AM and 8 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
