β€’ Serve as lead legal counsel for strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives. β€’ Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of partnership agreements. β€’ Provide legal guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations related to partnership programs. β€’ Support the ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements. β€’ Help design scalable legal frameworks that support long-term ecosystem growth. β€’ Partner with business stakeholders on commercial strategy related to partnerships and ecosystem development. β€’ Lead complex negotiations with external partners and internal decision-makers. β€’ Advise on technology transaction issues tied to cloud, platform, and enterprise software business models.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. β€’ 7+ years of legal experience. β€’ Significant in-house commercial and partnership counseling experience. β€’ Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing strategic partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts. β€’ Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models. β€’ Ability to independently lead complex negotiations with senior business stakeholders and external partners. β€’ Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
