âą Serve as a central liaison between the Power Business Unit and external joint venture partner âą Support day-to-day oversight and coordination of joint venture activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives âą Build and maintain strong relationships across partners, including internal and external stakeholders âą Lead preparation and facilitation for Board meetings âą Coordinate closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive stakeholders to develop materials, briefings, and updates âą Ensure readiness for monthly Board discussions where the joint venture is a high-priority topic âą Provide governance support and advise on board processes and best practices âą Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary coordinator for the annual budget process âą Guide and shepherd the first full-cycle budget process under new majority ownership âą Build and refine processes where none previously existed; ensure clarity, structure, and execution discipline âą Represent the Power BU in budgeting discussions, ensuring alignment with corporate financial processes âą Partner with key internal teams such as Strategic Realization Office, Legal, Finance, and other corporate functions
âą 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or corporate strategy roles âą Strong understanding of board governance processes and executive-level communications âą Prior experience building Board PPT decks and budgeting is required âą Prior experience in the power industry is preferred âą Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting cycles, financial planning, or corporate processes âą Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels âą Experience working in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities âą Ability to build and implement processes from the ground up âą Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in high-transparency environments
