📋 Description

‱ Serve as a central liaison between the Power Business Unit and external joint venture partner ‱ Support day-to-day oversight and coordination of joint venture activities, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships across partners, including internal and external stakeholders ‱ Lead preparation and facilitation for Board meetings ‱ Coordinate closely with the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive stakeholders to develop materials, briefings, and updates ‱ Ensure readiness for monthly Board discussions where the joint venture is a high-priority topic ‱ Provide governance support and advise on board processes and best practices ‱ Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary coordinator for the annual budget process ‱ Guide and shepherd the first full-cycle budget process under new majority ownership ‱ Build and refine processes where none previously existed; ensure clarity, structure, and execution discipline ‱ Represent the Power BU in budgeting discussions, ensuring alignment with corporate financial processes ‱ Partner with key internal teams such as Strategic Realization Office, Legal, Finance, and other corporate functions

🎯 Requirements

‱ 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or corporate strategy roles ‱ Strong understanding of board governance processes and executive-level communications ‱ Prior experience building Board PPT decks and budgeting is required ‱ Prior experience in the power industry is preferred ‱ Demonstrated experience supporting budgeting cycles, financial planning, or corporate processes ‱ Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levels ‱ Experience working in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities ‱ Ability to build and implement processes from the ground up ‱ Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in high-transparency environments
