📋 Description

• Structure and advance IT Governance processes, promoting organization, standardization, predictability and alignment between technology and business strategy • Manage the portfolio of strategic projects, acting as PMO to monitor schedules, risks, dependencies, priorities, capacity and metrics • Lead demand management and keep the IT roadmap up to date • Support the area's strategic planning with analyses, metrics and recommendations • Prepare and monitor the IT budget (CAPEX and OPEX), overseeing costs, contracts, suppliers and service levels • Organize and lead executive committees and governance forums • Define, monitor and analyze KPIs and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel • Drive the advancement of IT Governance, ITSM and Project Management practices • Use Jira, Monday, ServiceNow or similar tools to manage demands, projects, metrics and deliveries • Support LGPD initiatives and, where applicable, ISO 27701 • Act consultatively with business and technology areas, leading meetings, negotiating priorities, managing conflicts and influencing decisions • Ensure the organization, traceability and updating of IT Governance documentation • Embody AmorSaúde's values and beliefs • Comply with and promote Information Security and LGPD policies

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Information Technology • Advanced Excel: data manipulation, analysis and consolidation • COBIT: application of best practices for IT Governance and strategic alignment • ITIL: knowledge of IT service management and continuous improvement • Project Management (PMBOK/Agile) • Power BI: building and analyzing dashboards and management metrics • LGPD and ISO 27701 (Preferred): knowledge of data privacy and compliance • Ability to influence without formal authority • Executive communication • Systemic/holistic view and ability to lead meetings • 5–10 years of professional experience
