• We provide US-based business clients full-time, top-notch virtual assistants dedicated to their success. • You will play a crucial role in our sales team, working to expand our client base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' talent requirements and propose appropriate virtual assistant solutions. • Present and demonstrate our unique talent services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of hiring virtual assistants. • Close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction with the right virtual assistant and company profitability. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• 3+ years proven experience as a B2B Sales Consultant (selling to business owners) or in a similar sales role, preferably in the recruitment industry. • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients (predominately business owners) • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. HubSpot preferred. • Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
