• Work 100% remotely as a contractor (PJ). • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes (briefing/alignment, sourcing/headhunting, screening, interviews, and closure). • Handle mid- to high-complexity roles across different segments. • Design and optimize talent attraction strategies (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.). • Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare consistent assessment reports. • Align expectations and provide feedback to clients and candidates. • Track recruitment KPIs and propose continuous improvements. • Act as a strategic partner to clients in defining candidate profiles.
• Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably in a consultancy/agency or high-demand environment. • Proven track record managing end-to-end processes with high volume and tight deadlines. • Strong proficiency in competency-based interviews and preparing structured assessment reports. • Experience with active sourcing/headhunting on LinkedIn and other platforms. • Organized, autonomous, and disciplined to work 100% remotely (PJ). • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a consultative client-facing approach. • Prior experience recruiting for leadership, technology, or strategic positions. • Experience working in recruitment consultancies/agencies. • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and experience using ATS platforms. • Degree or specialization in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
