• Post job openings across various recruitment channels and social media • Screen resumes, make initial contact, and conduct selection interviews with candidates • Prepare professional evaluations and present candidates who meet the job requirements • Monitor recruitment process metrics, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables maintain quality • Maintain constant communication with the Retinere team, reporting progress and supporting job closures
• Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection • Preferably experienced with operational, administrative, technical, and leadership positions • Knowledge of resume screening techniques, competency-based interviews, and behavioral assessment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organized and able to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • Must have an active CNPJ and be available to work remotely as an autonomous contractor (PJ)
• Compensation: 25% commission on the fee for each filled position
