📋 Description

• Create and manage job postings in BambooHR, our applicant tracking system (ATS). • Lead the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates across multiple channels to negotiating offers. • Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates. • Conduct background checks and coordinate reference checks for candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. • Improve key metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-offer ratio, candidate experience, and diverse hiring, managing 15–20 requisitions simultaneously. • Use metrics and data to drive outcomes and meet company objectives. • Manage social media and email campaigns to increase employer brand awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• Multilingual candidates preferred. • Professional proficiency in English is required. • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. • 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience as an in-house recruiter. • 1–2 years of experience managing both technical and non-technical roles. • Experience managing 10–15 requisitions at any given time. • Proficient in sourcing and headhunting passive candidates using multiple channels and technology tools, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter. • Results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and drive. • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese. • Legally eligible to work in the country without sponsorship. • Candidate must be based in Brazil.
