📋 Description

• Secure new business and expand existing client relationships across the EMEA region. • Work closely with the Sales/Applications teams to identify opportunities. • Cultivate strong client relationships, and close high-value deals. • Drive the acquisition of new clients through both online and offline lead generation strategies. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the motion controls sector. • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organisations. • Lead and support sales meetings, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics. • Qualify inbound leads and ensure they align with business objectives. • Generate new leads through market/ industry intelligence and media. • Capture and maintain accurate data in the CRM system. • Provide reliable and insightful reporting on sales activities and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the motion controls industry. • Strong understanding of the servo motion market and its applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Demonstrated ability to lead sales meetings and close high-value deals. • Proficiency in CRM software and data management. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
