• Nieuwe commerciële mogelijkheden creëren voor Gallagher binnen Nederland en Duitsland. • Markten ontwikkelen, strategische partnernetwerken bouwen en kansen vertalen naar schaalbare groei. • Commerciële kansen in “white areas” binnen Nederland en Duitsland verkennen. • Nieuwe distributie- en partnernetwerken ontwikkelen. • Pilotprojecten en early sales-initiatieven opzetten. • Gallagher-oplossingen positioneren binnen tender-, subsidie- en beleidskaders. • Marktinzichten verzamelen en delen met product- en innovatieteams. • Markten voorbereiden op opschaling en overdracht naar sales.
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in business development, internationale sales of marktontwikkeling. • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Duits en communiceert goed in het Engels. • Bewezen succes met het openen van markten of distributiekanalen. • Ervaring met pilotprojecten of tenderprocessen is een plus. • Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden. • Interesse in of ervaring met agritech / diermanagement is mooi meegenomen.
• Een salaris tussen € 4.500 en € 6.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. • Naast je salaris kun je jaarlijks een bonus tot 10% van je bruto jaarsalaris ontvangen. • Een jaarcontract voor 40 uur per week, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. • Een leaseauto, laptop en telefoon om je werk te kunnen uitvoeren. • Trainingen en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden op maat. • De kans om te bouwen binnen Europa én te werken met collega’s in Nieuw-Zeeland
