• The Director, International Marketing plays a pivotal role in ABH's brand growth internationally • Elevate our brand's go-to-market strategy and programs in a diverse, fast-paced environment • Develop and oversee international marketing initiatives that drive business growth and increase brand awareness across retail marketing, campaigns, PR, influencer marketing, in-store activations, media buys, and agency collaboration
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing, and/or brand marketing within a brand or agency setting • Deep understanding of the global beauty scene, especially in makeup, with a demonstrated history of propelling category growth • Skill in converting founders' vision into insights and actionable plans; foresight to predict challenges and agility to adapt swiftly • Profound insights into retail marketing, social media, influencer, and wider media landscapes • Demonstrable experience with retail and in-store marketing techniques • Record of effective collaboration with international teams • Expertise in analyzing complex issues and formulating relevant, actionable plans, programs, and recommendations • Excellent verbal and written skills with ability to craft compelling messages across customer touchpoints • Proven ability to lead, foster cross-functional team dynamics, and build robust relationships with key stakeholders • Aptitude for integrating data-informed insights into strategic planning and maximizing ROI through data analysis • Proficiency in thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, and ambiguous situations • Strong problem-solving skills complemented by exceptional research abilities • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
