📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end labor and operational analyses, turning raw data into insights and recommendations • Ingest customer labor and operational data and translate it into automated schedule recommendations • Analyze schedule-versus-actual outcomes weekly and tune model inputs to help customers meet goals • Contribute to Ando’s labor matrix for labor prediction and optimization • Run geographic labor cost and usage analyses for product insights and competitive positioning • Own weekly customer relationships, including meetings, status updates, follow-through, and intake conversations • Lead quarterly business reviews with account executives • Translate technical findings for CFOs, district managers, and hourly employees • Anticipate customer needs and proactively deliver solutions • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate real-world needs into product enhancements • Manage multiple priorities independently and contribute to adjacent business-supporting tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in restaurant operations, retail management, hospitality, or a comparable multi-site hourly business • Multi-site operational experience • Understanding of labor scheduling, store operations, and change management • Experience using spreadsheets to plan labor or forecast sales • Comfortable working with numbers and data • Willingness to learn SQL and technical tools • Excellent communication across executive, management, and hourly-worker audiences • Self-starter able to take ownership from start to finish without step-by-step management • Comfortable working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment • Resourceful, flexible, curious, and adaptable • Ability to identify and communicate problems early • Ability to anticipate customer needs • 100% English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
