📋 Description

• Work on the development, maintenance, and support of management tools, assisting with the organization, analysis, and visualization of data related to academic, operational, and regulatory processes; • Responsible for structuring databases, automating routines, updating indicators, documenting business rules, supporting visual management (management dashboards), and ensuring the traceability of information used to monitor critical processes and other areas linked to the sustainable delivery of academic offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, intermediate to advanced Excel, and dashboard development; • Ability to work across multiple teams, active listening skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into data solutions and ongoing monitoring; • Ability to structure, process, merge, and validate datasets from different systems; • Knowledge of data modeling, indicators/KPIs, and business rules; • Strong analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset; • Experience in corporate environments with academic, educational, or operational management processes is desirable; • Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or other data automation and integration tools is a plus.
