📋 Description

• Serve as the point of contact for incoming client calls and emails reporting IT incidents or requesting technical clarification • Monitor and promptly respond to incoming requests related to incidents affecting client-impacting IT platforms • Monitor systems and platforms, take action and escalate to 2nd-level support teams if a system or platform does not recover after 1st-level intervention • Assist in the interaction between users and 3rd-level teams • Receive, log, and manage IT tickets opened via the ticketing tool, phone, or email • Keep the knowledge base up to date and control changes • Document and review procedures for the monitoring and IT support area • Train Level 2 staff on operational procedures and tools • Develop automation using Shell, PowerShell, and Python scripts • Experience with AI tools • Learn and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts to optimize and automate processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree (Technologist) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields • Solid knowledge of monitoring and observability tools: Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, SolarWinds • Basic concepts of Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI) • Introductory knowledge of automation scripting (Shell, PowerShell, or Python) • Basic troubleshooting and log analysis skills for incident investigation
