📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee the Vida & Carreira program activities, ensuring their implementation and continuous development • Develop and monitor strategies to foster students' socio-emotional and professional competencies • Lead and guide the teaching team for the Vida & Carreira curricular component, promoting training and pedagogical alignment • Support and mentor students in their academic and professional journeys, providing assistance in their learning path and on career and employability platforms • Create and cultivate partnerships with organizations, companies, and initiatives that expand opportunities for students • Promote employability, internationalization, outreach, innovation, and entrepreneurship projects aligned with the Vida & Carreira program and the Dual Talent Accelerator • Monitor and evaluate program results, indicators, and impacts, proposing continuous improvements • Develop innovative materials and methodologies for the Vida & Carreira program • Ensure students are welcomed and oriented within the learning environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields • Postgraduate qualification in Education, Educational Management, Psychopedagogy, Human Development, People Management, or related areas • Master's degree required • Doctorate (PhD) is a plus • Proven experience coordinating educational programs, career development, or academic advising • Experience with active learning methodologies and innovative educational projects • Experience conducting tutoring, mentoring, or professional guidance processes • Prior experience with socio-emotional development programs, employability initiatives, and dual learning is a plus • Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of teachers • Ability to develop and implement innovative strategies in teaching and career guidance • Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to engage diverse audiences • Proactive and skilled in problem solving • Knowledge of labor market and career trends • Ability to form and maintain strategic partnerships; empathy, active listening, and systemic thinking • 200 hours per month, Monday to Friday
