📋 Description

• The Multichannel Relationship Representative is responsible for providing support to undergraduate students through digital channels, primarily WhatsApp and video, ensuring agile, humanized, and efficient communication. • Their role is to clarify doubts, provide guidance on academic and financial processes, and support students throughout their entire journey, from enrollment to graduation.
