📋 Description

• Support the area's financial and administrative routines • Monitor and control financing processes • Update and analyze spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators • Process and verify financial data • Provide support for the area's operational requests • Manage deadlines and track requests • Interact with internal departments to align and resolve outstanding issues • Identify opportunities for process improvements • Contribute to operational efficiency and the quality of deliverables of the Shared Services Center

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Higher education in progress or completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields preferred • Knowledge of financial and administrative routines • Experience with financing processes is a plus • Intermediate Excel • Strong ability to analyze and manipulate data • Experience preparing and monitoring reports and KPIs • Familiarity with financial systems and/or ERP is a plus • Ability to organize and control processes • Proactivity • Good verbal and written communication • Analytical mindset • Attention to detail • Organization and sense of priorities • Ability to work in a team • Agility in problem solving • Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality • Previous experience in a Shared Services Center (CSC) is considered desirable • Experience in financial or administrative areas • Knowledge of operational metrics and financial controls
