📋 Description

• Manage the B2B Accounts Receivable cycle (issuance, settlements, and reconciliations) and work with clients to monitor due dates and payments • Oversee end-to-end management of escrow accounts, ensuring proper transactions, release of balances, and contractual reporting • Reconcile statements, systems, and accounting records, ensuring data integrity in partnership with Accounting and Tax teams • Prepare management reports (aging lists, receivables position, and escrow status) to support managerial decision-making • Support external audits and identify opportunities to automate and standardize processes to scale operations • Serve as the financial point of contact for external clients and internal teams (Product, Tech, and Operations), resolving day-to-day requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields • Previous experience in financial operations/routines • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX+MATCH) • Advanced English • Analytical and organized profile, detail- and deadline-oriented, with interest in financial products and services • Preferred: knowledge of escrow accounts, contractual guarantees, or structured transactions
