📋 Description
• Execute monthly accounting closing routines, ensuring compliance with established schedules. • Prepare explanatory notes and other components of the Financial Statements. • Perform analyses of account variances, identifying and explaining significant deviations. • Support external audits by providing required documentation and assistance. • Review supporting documentation and record various accounting provisions. • Control and record the allocation of prepaid expenses. • Manage the control and recognition of deferred revenues. • Record payroll accounting entries and related charges. • Ensure accounting records comply with current accounting standards and company policies. • Support continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization projects within the department.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council registration). • Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting routines and month-end closing. • Advanced Excel skills. • Experience with SAP (a plus). • Intermediate English (a plus). • Experience in multinational companies and external audit processes (a plus).
