• Provides day-to-day consultation and support to employees regarding various inquiries and policy-related questions. • Manages and maintains employee personnel files, including creating new hire files, and updating records throughout their employment. • Assists in gathering and maintaining required leave documentation records; monitor return-to-work dates and status updates. • Gathers data and provides reports for Operations and HR teams related to leaves and absenteeism. • Leads the offboarding process for employees including preparing and distributing separation documents, coordinating final pay, updating HRIS system.
• At least 2 years of previous Human Resources experience required. • Previous experience supporting multiple locations / multiple states required. • Previous government contracting experience preferred. • Understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
