🎯 Requirements

• The ability to speak and write fluently in both German and English • A passion for sales and experience in a phone based role working with customers, call centre experience is advantageous • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding your targets in a fast paced phone based sales or customer service role • The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone • Great active listening skills • Resilience and a positive attitude • Super organised with an eye for detail • A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly • The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week and work to flexible shift patterns including some evenings and weekends • A strong alignment with our company values and able to make an impact!
