📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise applications and software solutions • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions • Develop high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and best practices • Design and implement APIs, integrations, microservices, and system interfaces • Drive performance optimization and application modernization initiatives • Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production incidents • Provide advanced application support and ensure timely resolution of critical issues • Monitor application health, availability, performance, and system reliability • Coordinate application maintenance, patching, upgrades, and release activities • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Ensure successful execution of change management and release management processes • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect resolution • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing platforms and processes • Drive automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence initiatives • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency • Promote Agile, DevOps, and modern software engineering practices • Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle • Mentor junior team members • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions supporting business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5-8+ years of experience in software development, application management, or related technology roles • Demonstrated experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid project environments
