📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs • Audit jobs for content and prepare job descriptions reflecting responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements • Develop or participate in compensation surveys and analyze competitive salary information • Review proposed salary adjustments for compliance with established guidelines, policies, and practices • Recommend corrective or alternative actions for compensation-related problems • Review requests for new or revised classifications and determine appropriate salary grade assignments • Recommend developments to company salary structures, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures • Review statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate actions • Prepare special studies and recommendations on incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options • Administer domestic and/or international compensation programs
