📋 Description

• Conduct initial interviews with prospective candidates and assess their suitability • Evaluate technical experience and learning potential • Guide candidates through the decision-making process • Inform prospective candidates about the program in a compelling and transparent manner • Apply an understanding of IT roles and job-market requirements • Monitor the application funnel and suggest opportunities for optimization • Further develop screening criteria, interview guides, and processes • Use recruiting expertise and sales skills to advise people as they enter or reposition themselves in the tech industry

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in tech recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition • Experience in sales, admissions, or a consulting environment • Basic understanding of software and digital careers • Professional interviewing skills and strong communication abilities • Structured working style, ownership, and reliability • Experience in continuing education or EdTech (a plus) • Good understanding of current tech stacks (not required, but helpful) • Experience with AVGS, BGS, or government-funded training programs • Knowledge of facilitation, coaching, or interview diagnostics
