📋 Description

• Provide professional guidance to new and existing partners • Develop the indirect business for the company, based on targets set by Manager • Source, acquire and maintain client's relationships for the company • Convert registrations to FTD, upsell and increase deposits from prospective clients • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs set by Manager • Making suggestions and priorities to improve direct client value proposition • Identifying new potential partners via channels such as LinkedIn • Negotiating and renegotiating terms with existing clients • Arrange meetings, directly or remotely with new or existing relationships • Travelling to locations where necessary • Provide basic troubleshooting and support for any issues experienced by partners and clients • Ensure Manager is aware of any roadblocks or opportunities faced by the team • Work within CRM guideline to log and organise clients pipeline • Provide weekly updated to Manager with regards to sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years retail and/or institutional Business Development experience within financial markets • Excellent oral communication skills are mandatory
