📋 Description

• Develop backend applications using Rails and Node.js • Maintain and enhance existing systems, scaling them for growth • Work with containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP • Take on operations, monitoring, and DevOps responsibilities • Ensure code quality through testing, CI, and monitoring • Work in AI-assisted workflows built by developers for developers • Build solutions for projects in sports, health, green tech, and telecom

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for coding and a drive for innovation • At least 3 years of experience with Ruby on Rails • Initial experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript • Strong interest in and experience with LLMs/AI • Solid understanding of OOP and MVC frameworks • Critical thinker with a focus on sustainable, high-quality solutions • Fluent German and English proficiency • Willingness to submit a CV including a Git repository
