• Lead executive and senior-level searches for Oracle consulting and leadership positions. • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Recruit Director, VP, Principal Consultant, Practice Leader, and C-Level candidates. • Partner closely with Oracle Practice Leaders and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities. • Develop proactive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives. • Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices. • Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Oracle professionals and industry leaders. • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Represent Argano's employer brand and value proposition to prospective candidates. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, Oracle communities, and industry networks to identify top talent. • Track and report recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring outcomes. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruiting standards, and company policies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. • 8–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. • Minimum 4+ years recruiting specifically for Oracle-related positions. • Demonstrated success recruiting for Oracle ERP, Cloud, HCM, SCM, EPM, and OCI roles. • Proven track record of closing executive, senior consulting, and leadership-level talent. • Experience recruiting for Oracle consulting partners and professional services organizations. • Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
