• Communicate fluently and professionally with candidates and team members in English and Spanish (written and verbal) • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones • Support the onboarding process by preparing, collecting, and tracking all required new hire paperwork and documentation • Manage candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Send offer letters and assist candidates with pre-employment screening as needed • Partner with recruiters to ensure all candidate communication is timely, accurate, and culturally sensitive • Contribute to improving recruitment and onboarding workflows for greater efficiency
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required) • Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support preferred • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Comfortable working across various platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and candidates • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment
