📋 Description

• Map recruitment needs and create active sourcing strategies; • Conduct interviews and assess technical competencies, motivation, and cultural fit; • Ensure a positive, human-centered candidate experience throughout the entire process; • Coordinate offers, contracts, and onboarding of new hires; • Develop Employer Branding initiatives and create content that reinforces the employer value proposition; • Support internal culture and engagement projects, promoting belonging and recognition; • Collaborate in structuring HR policies and internal processes, ensuring legal compliance and consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting sales/commercial profiles and outbound (call center) roles; • Excellent communication and empathy, able to build genuine connections; • Ability to manage priorities and adapt to dynamic environments; • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset; • Collaborative attitude, positive energy, and willingness to contribute to team growth; • Familiarity with digital tools and recruitment platforms.
