📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact and provide day-to-day support to all business processes and transactions in Workday pertaining to the employee life cycle, including but not limited to onboarding, promotions, transfers and other related transactions. • Key point of triage for all Workday changes managed through the enhancement tracker • Use the Workday Community site to troubleshoot and identify ways to better utilize the system. • Assist with Workday adoption through training for managers and HR • Work with the People Operations team to ensure best practice data management principles are embedded within all processes. • Facilitate, support, and/or manage key HR programs that are aligned with business objectives working closely with key program owners including, but not limited to: compensation, performance, talent management, intern program, employee recognition, and training and development • Design, develop and/or deliver reports and dashboards that enable the team to monitor HR metrics and analyze workforce trends; Recommend solutions or alternate methods of reporting to better support the business needs. • Maintain general regulatory and legislative knowledge relating to HR policies and practices across the supported jurisdictions. • Participate in special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 4 years of directly related HR experience • Minimum of 2+ years experience Workday experience; knowledge of core HCM, time & absence, and onboarding/off-boarding modules are a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Must be exceptionally detail oriented and client service focused • Exceptional organizational and process improvement skills • Fundamental understanding of various HR programs • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Must be experienced in effectively managing complexities in workload and multiple levels of leadership • SHRM-CP or CIPD designation preferred
