📋 Description

• Serve as the primary commercial lead for engagements with small to mid-sized private schools • Manage and unblock strategic negotiations with school owners, rectors, financial directors, and academic directors • Lead, support, and develop the team's consultants, ensuring cadence, pipeline quality, and continuous account growth • Develop commercial strategies and action plans to advance opportunities through the sales funnel • Monitor sales predictability, forecasts, and key performance indicators, ensuring disciplined CRM usage • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in managing strategic accounts and leading key commercial projects • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure consistency in the value proposition • Identify opportunities to improve processes, commercial approach, and the team's operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in consultative B2B sales, with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers • Previous experience leading teams • Proven experience with strategic accounts and high-impact negotiations • Analytical skills and strategic vision for managing pipeline, forecasts, and priority setting • Availability for domestic travel • Strong communicator with active listening skills and the ability to develop people • Plus: Familiarity with the private education sector, especially higher education • All Arco positions are open to candidates with disabilities
