📋 Description

• Provide support to partner schools via chat; • Train schools on the correct use of the isaac platform; • Ensure quality support within the agreed SLA; • Build strong, trust-based relationships that delight partner schools; • Communicate clearly with external stakeholders, demonstrating influence and active listening.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and customer-relationship skills; • Energetic and proactive approach to handling chat channels via Zendesk; • Good organizational skills and autonomy in tasks; • Ability to work on multiple activities in parallel; • Basic knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; • Organized, proactive, and highly hands-on profile.
