📋 Description

• Translate the company's strategic objectives into clear, actionable goals for the team • Monitor trends and continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring the team operates in alignment with business needs • Lead complex projects, track success metrics, and remove impediments for the team • Review and optimize workflows to increase team productivity • Ensure ongoing alignment with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other stakeholder areas • Plan and manage the team's resource allocation, balancing workload and individual skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in technical leadership of software engineering teams • Experience with agile methodologies and software development best practices • Knowledge of scalability strategies and long-term impact considerations.
