📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for an engineering squad, promoting technical excellence, autonomy, and accountability • Develop engineers through continuous feedback, mentorship, and growth plans • Ensure consistent delivery of solutions that impact the product and the business • Participate in architectural decisions and define technical standards for resilient, secure, and evolvable systems • Facilitate planning, prioritization, and agile execution by removing impediments • Ensure alignment with Product, Design, and stakeholders • Promote code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Use engineering metrics to guide technical and process decisions • Contribute to the evolution of architecture and platform with respect to scalability, security, performance, and reliability • Participate in talent attraction, selection, and onboarding • Encourage a culture of learning, experimentation, technical responsibility, and ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Previous hands-on experience as a software developer • Proven experience building, evolving, and supporting production systems • Experience in technical leadership and people development as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar role • Track record of forming, developing, and scaling high-performance engineering teams • Experience working in agile, collaborative environments • Close collaboration with Product, Design, and other business areas • Experience making technical decisions, defining architecture, and overseeing code quality • Strong understanding of security, scalability, and high availability
