📋 Description

• Lead an engineering squad, fostering technical excellence, autonomy and accountability, and developing engineers through continuous feedback, mentoring, and growth plans. • Ensure the consistent delivery of solutions that generate real product and business impact, balancing speed, quality, reliability and scalability. • Actively participate in architectural decisions, define technical standards, and ensure systems are resilient, secure and easy to evolve. • Facilitate planning, prioritization and execution of the squad's work, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with Product, Design and other stakeholders. • Promote best practices such as code review, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of code quality and system performance. • Use engineering metrics (e.g., lead time, throughput, availability, quality) to guide technical and process decisions. • Serve as a bridge between engineering, product and the business, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment and focus on the end customer. • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture and platform, supporting initiatives for scalability, security, performance and reliability. • Actively participate in attracting, selecting and onboarding talent, helping to build diverse, technically strong teams aligned with company culture. • Encourage a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, technical responsibility and ownership.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields. • Previous hands‑on experience as a software developer, with practical experience building, evolving and supporting systems in production. • Experience in technical leadership and people development, having served as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead or in a similar role. • Proven track record of forming, developing and scaling high‑performance engineering teams, promoting autonomy, accountability and technical excellence. • Experience in agile, collaborative environments, working closely with Product, Design and other business areas. • Experience making technical decisions, defining architecture and continuously monitoring code quality. • Solid understanding of security, scalability and high availability.
