📋 Description

• Lead engineering teams with autonomy, fostering collaboration, continuous feedback, and people development • Operate across the entire development lifecycle, from discovery to production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and business impact • Define and influence technical, architectural, and product decisions, balancing business needs with platform sustainability • Lead end-to-end projects, identifying opportunities for improvement and reducing development process complexity • Launch and evolve customer-facing products, tracking growth, adoption, and performance metrics • Ensure maintenance and evolution of legacy and high-scale systems, guaranteeing availability, performance, and resilience • Navigate high-complexity scenarios, reconciling priorities, changes, and expectations of multiple stakeholders • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and adoption of engineering best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience leading teams and multiple Software Engineering squads • Experience in recruiting, people development, career planning, and performance management • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a startup mindset • Experience driving decisions using metrics (DORA, flow, product, growth, and OKRs) • Ability to define technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with Product and other areas • Experience in software architecture, evolving legacy systems, and building scalable, preferably customer-facing, products • Experience managing high-volume critical systems (APIs and concurrent users) • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders in complex environments • Experience with budget management and making structural decisions with organizational impact • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
