📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide support by phone and email • Assist Amazon customers, including managing Buyer-Seller Messages, A-to-z Guarantee claims, and returns • Resolve questions regarding orders, returns, and technical issues quickly and professionally • Coordinate with the Logistics, Returns, and Support teams • Maintain the ticketing system and document inquiries accurately • Contribute creative ideas to improve customer service • Participate in a short introductory video as part of the application process

🎯 Requirements

• Native-level German, spoken and written • Experience in Amazon customer service • Knowledge of Seller Central, Buyer-Seller Messages, A-to-z Guarantee claims, and returns processing • Experience providing support by phone • Experience working remotely • Flexibility regarding working hours: 40 hours per week from October through March; during the summer, 20 to 40 hours per week by agreement • At least two years have passed since completing your most recent vocational training or degree program; applications are also welcome from candidates without formal training or a degree • Friendly, helpful, and patient, including in stressful situations • Reliable and self-motivated approach to work, along with a willingness to learn • Basic technical understanding of sports equipment is a plus • Confident using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone
