📋 Description

• Monitor production applications and services, identify failures, investigate root causes, and lead actions to restore operations • Support and enhance integrations through REST APIs, telemetry, video telemetry, and third-party systems • Analyze and recover relational databases, particularly MySQL, and services hosted on AWS • Develop and maintain scripts, services, and integrations using Python • Create and enhance monitoring dashboards, alerts, and metrics using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch • Investigate issues in applications and services running in Docker and Kubernetes environments • Conduct root cause analyses, document incidents, and propose structural improvements • Technically coordinate incident response with internal teams and vendors through service restoration

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field • Advanced knowledge of Python and REST APIs • Advanced experience with SQL and relational databases, particularly MySQL • Advanced knowledge of AWS and AWS CloudWatch • Experience with Grafana, logs, metrics, and observability • Experience diagnosing and resolving incidents in production environments • Experience with service and database recovery, vendor integrations, and technical documentation • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Availability to work flexible hours
