📋 Description

• Maintain productive relationships with business and technology stakeholders • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to capture and validate high-level business requirements • Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, automation, and digital enablement • Advise stakeholders on technical standards, policies, and processes including cybersecurity, hosting architecture, accessibility, data privacy, and branding • Guide business demands to appropriate service owners or solution architects • Assess demands for business value, strategic alignment, risks, dependencies, complexity, and implementation considerations • Prepare demand assessment materials and recommendations for governance and prioritisation • Lead requirements elicitation and business analysis activities across assigned projects • Establish requirements traceability and manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle • Participate in solution design workshops and reviews • Develop business test scenarios and acceptance criteria; support SIT and UAT • Coordinate business user participation in testing activities • Support deployment planning and go-live readiness assessments • Participate in post-implementation reviews and benefits realisation assessments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline • Minimum 7 years of professional experience performing business analysis across the full solution lifecycle • Expert knowledge of spoken and written English • Knowledge of French or another official UN language is desirable but not mandatory • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Visio • Experience in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent techniques • Professional experience working with medium- to large-scale, cross-functional systems in an international context • Experience with project frameworks such as PRINCE2 or PMI and Agile or Hybrid delivery approaches • Experience with major IT platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Power Platform • Experience with citizen and fusion development approaches • Experience with RPA or orchestration of AI-powered workflows • Experience defining governance and prioritisation models for technology demand in an international organisation • Experience working with the United Nations or other international or multinational organisations • Strong business/client engagement and stakeholder relationship skills • Ability to manage requirements throughout their lifecycle, including elicitation, prioritisation, traceability, change control, and business acceptance • Strong interpersonal, analytical, written communication, organisational, and independent-working skills • Ability to produce user stories, BPMN flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, report mock-ups, and other requirements artefacts • Understanding of IT project management, change management, and system development lifecycle processes • Ability to discuss application- and data-oriented technical topics • Ability to collaborate across international, multicultural, and multidisciplinary teams and time zones • Familiarity with administrative and/or health data management business domains • Professional qualification or foundation certification in Business Analysis methodologies is desirable • Advanced degree in Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable
